You are what you eat! We have all heard this saying. You may not remember the first time, but indeed these words were planted in your consciousness. The first person that spoke the phrase had no idea that western civilization would become so disconnected from their food.
Having grown along with the natural products industry, I have witnessed its improvements and “disapprovements”. This is an industry founded on good faith, and I like to spend time researching companies that make natural products while upholding that good faith.
We have all been led to believe that beauty is on the outside. We are bombarded with advertising that dictates what beauty is or what the mainstream culture purports it to be. But my idea of beauty begins on the inside and eventually expresses itself on the outside. The best way for us to begin to beautify ourselves is to eat a wholesome and organic diet.
Rohi: There are interrelated patterns that play out in all areas of our lives. For example, if one of our patterns is that of never enough, it is likely to play out as never enough time, never enough energy and never enough of the things we think we need to look good or feel good. I’d like you to consider that true prosperity is a state of mind.
Our bodies are amazing organisms that have the ability to heal and regenerate even in challenging conditions. Although we are not aware of it, there are hundreds of processes going on inside of us, sustaining us so that we can go about our daily lives.
