Introduction
e-Effect, Inc. (the COMPANY)recognizes the importance of online privacy and is fully committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of anyone who accesses, browses, submits content or otherwise uses the COMPANY’S Website and its content (the USER) including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio, video and other material (the CONTENT). The iHolistic.tv domain, all subdomains and any other domain, including but not limited to MyChoicesOnline.com, that the COMPANY redirects to iHolistic.tv are hereinafter collectively referred to as the WEBSITE. This Privacy Policy outlines the information the COMPANY collects from the USER via the WEBSITE and how this information is used.

Information Collected
PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION is any information that can be used to identify a specific USER such as name or email address. The COMPANY may ask the USER to provide PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION in various places throughout the WEBSITE dependent on how the USER uses the WEBSITE. Some of these areas where the collection of such information takes place are listed below.

1. Member Registration: To use many of the WEBSITES features and services, the COMPANY asks the USER to register to become a member. During this member registration process, the COMPANY will ask the USER for PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION. In addition, the USER may choose to provide the COMPANY with additional information such as age.
2. Surveys and Polls: The COMPANY offers online polls, surveys and questionnaires that ask USERS for opinions on various issues and/or other information. Occasionally, the COMPANY may request demographic information (such as ZIP code or age) when the USER answers a survey. Such polls, surveys and questionnaires are completely voluntary.
3. Email Alerts: The COMPANY may offer email alerts to notify the USER about content that may be of interest to the USER. If the USER subscribes to these email alerts, the USER will be required to provide a valid email address as well as any other information that is relevant to the delivery of the email alert.
4. ECommerce Transactions: If the USER engages in an ecommerce transaction on the WEBSITE, the USER may be asked to provide credit card information and other PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION in order to complete the transaction.

When the USER accesses, browses, submits content or otherwise uses the WEBSITE, the COMPANY and third parties with whom the COMPANY has contracted to provide services to the COMPANY may collect information on the USER’S actions. This information is generally collected from two sources. One is from server log files and the other is from cookies.

1. IP Address: The IP address is a number that is assigned by the USER’S ISP (Internet Service Provider) to the USER’S computer to identify its location. The COMPANY uses the USER’S IP address to help diagnose problems and to administer the WEBSITE. The COMPANY may also use IP addresses to communicate with USERS and ban those USERS who are not complying with the Terms of Use.
2. Cookies: The WEBSITE uses a browser feature to set a cookie on the USER’S computer. Cookies are small files containing information that the WEBSITE stores on the USER’S computer. The WEBSITE can then read the cookies whenever the USER accesses, browses, submits CONTENT or otherwise uses the WEBSITE. The COMPANY uses cookies to save the USER’S password so the USER does not have to re-enter it each time he/she visits the WEBSITE, to track WEBSITE usage, including but not limited to polls, surveys and questionnaires completed, and to maintain certain session state information. These cookies allow the COMPANY to customize the USER’S WEBSITE experience.

The COMPANY’S advertising is served by third party advertising companies which may deliver a cookie to the USER’S computer so the ads the USER sees can be tracked. The COMPANY does not provide these third party advertising companies with any PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION. However, these companies may use non-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION about the USER’S visits to the WEBSITE and other sites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services the advertising company deems to be of interest to the USER.

How The Collected Information Is Used
The COMPANY uses the information USERS provide for several purposes, including but not limited to communicating with USERS and to give them a better experience when visiting the WEBSITE. The COMPANY also uses this information to create new content and produce events that the COMPANY deems, based on the collected information, relevant to the USERS.

The information collected by the COMPANY is also used to create aggregated portraits of the WEBSITE audience, portraits which present anonymous statistical demographic information but no PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION. This aggregated information is used, among other things, to determine trends and needs, and also to supply market research to potential advertisers and partners to help them understand who the WEBSITE audience is.

The COMPANY offers the ability to forward a WEBSITE page to another person via email. When USERS use this service, the COMPANY will use the recipient's email address in order to send the WEBSITE page, and the COMPANY will also ask for the USER’S email address. The COMPANY will not use the recipient's email address for any other purpose unless such recipient gives the COMPANY permission to do so.

Disclosure of PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION to Third Parties
The COMPANY does not sell or otherwise share PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION with unaffiliated third parties, except in the following instances:

1. Disclosure is required by applicable law or pursuant to a court or similar order;
2. As deemed necessary, in the COMPANY’S discretion, to protect the legal rights or the property of the COMPANY, a member or third party, or to prevent personal injury; and/or
3. In the event of a sale, merger, assignment, joint venture or other transfer or disposition of a portion or all of the assets or stock of the COMPANY or its affiliated entities (including, without limitation, in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).
4. In addition, the COMPANY may provide PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION to third parties who are providing technical or fulfillment services on behalf of the COMPANY when such disclosure is required in order to provide those services.

To the extent that the USER wishes to use or participate in any health and wellness related services or events accessible or available through the WEBSITE, the COMPANY may be required to share certain PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION with the health and wellness partners who are providing such services or events. The use or participation in these services or events is completely voluntary.

Third Party Advertising and Links To Other Sites
The WEBSITE contains links to advertiser, partner and practitioner Websites that are not co-branded or affiliated with the COMPANY in any way. The COMPANY cannot be responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Websites, and the COMPANY does not control the practices of any of the advertisers, partners or practitioners to whose sites the COMPANY links.

Access and Correction
The COMPANY provides the USER with the ability to access, correct or change the PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION in their account at any time. To review, correct or change the account information, login and click on the My Account link in the menu on the left side of the page.

Public Forums
The WEBSITE provides various public forums, including but not limited to comments, blog posts and message boards. Any information the USER discloses in these public forums becomes public information and is immediately accessible by other USERS on the WEBSITE, so it is important that the USER exercise discretion and appropriate caution when deciding to reveal personal information in these public forums. The COMPANY may decide to utilize the content of these public forums in editorial, advertising, promotional and similar activities. Authorship for public forums is attributed to the USER’S Username. The COMPANY encourages USERS to use care in protecting their identity when choosing a Username and to keep their Username confidential.

Changes To This Privacy Policy
For any changes to this Privacy Policy that the COMPANY, at its sole discretion, determines will significantly affect the use of PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION, the COMPANY will notify USERS about such changes. The COMPANY will not make new use of any PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION gathered from USERS prior to any such significant change in the Privacy Policy without first obtaining the USERS’ consent for any such new uses.

In instances where the COMPANY asks for PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION, and the company communicates to the USER, using media including but not limited to text, graphics, audio or video, that the data being collected on that page will be shared with unaffiliated third parties, and in instances where the USER opts-in to share his/her information with third parties, those disclosures and opt-ins will override anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy.

In addition, the COMPANY reserves the right to make non-significant changes to the Privacy Policy that will not significantly affect the COMPANY’S use of the USER’S PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION at any time without any notice to the USER other than posting any such changes in a revised Privacy Policy on the WEBSITE. USERS should periodically check the Privacy Policy at the WEBSITE. The Privacy Policy will include the most recent date in which any revision has been made.
